We work with all parties on the initial design of any security or automation feature. When we can understand what the client, building owner and building occupier require we are in a better position to provide a design that has the adaptability and longevity required.

We can advise, educate and then design a system to meet all functional and budget needs, enabling the architect, project manager or builder to include all the correct specifications in the design.

By ensuring that your security system is installed correctly, and that the right cables and products are used, and segregated from other services where required and make sure the job is on time we can also help to avoid cost overruns.

Our observation services will also ensure any variations of a project are dealt with effectively and make sure that all documentation is correct and filed with all parties.

Once a system has been installed, we will inspect it to make sure it functions as it should and that what was installed is what was specified and paid for. For example, have the make and model of parts that were quoted and paid for been used, and will the system do what it was designed for.

Because many projects are bespoke, and some things can't be completely catered for by standard installers, we'll make suitable recommendations to get the security functions working as it should.

At any stage of a project, we'll provide assistance to accurately price and measure all aspects of a security or electronic integration function.

Once you have specified a project and have multiple quotes, tenders or estimates, we will analyse them, and make practical recommendations on selecting the best contractor.
